Why was my premium increase postponed in April 2020?

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Qantas Health Insurance postponed for six months the health insurance premium changes for our health insurance members, which were meant to have come into effect from 1 April 2020.

The decision to postpone the premium increase complemented other measures we implemented to help our members maintain their cover and ensure they can continue to access essential health services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
