I paid for the year in advance to lock in my premium and avoid any premium increase, now it’s not increasing. What are my options?

We will be reviewing the total premiums members who have paid for the period 1 April to 1 October 2020. If a member has paid a higher amount than what they should have paid now that the annual premium increase has been postponed for six months, we’ll apply the difference as a credit to your policy. We are still confirming the timing for when this will happen. 

You will continue to receive your eligible number of Qantas Points based on the premium you have paid.
