Can I set a different bedtime for different days of the week?

Currently you can only set one bedtime at a time. If you wish to change your bedtime, you can access these settings by tapping on the bedtime or wake buttons located on the sleep health challenge screen.

The Sleep Health Foundation recommends keeping the same bedtime schedule where possible. Changing your bedtime by more than 60 minutes can alter your circadian rhythm, impacting your sleep.
