To change your phone down settings:
- From the “Challenges” screen, tap on “Sleep Health Challenge”
- Make sure the “Bedtime” tab is selected (located near the top of the screen).
- Tap on your bedtime or wake time to open the bedtime settings screen.
- Use your finger to move the moon to adjust your bedtime and the sun to adjust your wake time.
- Tap “Update”
To change your phone down reminder settings:
- From the “Challenges” screen, tap on “Sleep Health Challenge”.
- Make sure the “Bedtime” tab is selected (located near the top of the screen).
- Tap “Phone down reminder”.
- Tap to select when you would like your reminder, or select “No reminder”.
