What happens if I move or use my phone before my set wake time?

To succeed the sleep health challenge, you need to:

  • Place your phone down at least 30 minutes before your set bedtime
  • Avoid using or moving your phone until you wake up.

We’ve built in some flexibility enabling you to succeed even if you wake up slightly earlier than planned. However, if you use or move your phone too early, you will fail the challenge and will not earn any points.
