Why isn't my Garmin data showing in the App?

Please check that their Garmin device has been successfully paired with the Garmin Connect App downloaded to your phone. Without this Qantas Wellbeing cannot access the data from your wearable.

Once this has been verified:

  1. In the Qantas Wellbeing App, go to the Data Sources section under Settings, tap on Garmin and check that the relevant activity has a tick next to it.
  2. Tap on the 'sync' symbol next to Garmin – this will open the Garmin Connect app and will start syncing the data.
  3. Alternatively, if all activities are connected correctly in the Qantas Wellbeing App but it hasn’t updated for a while, opening the Garmin Connect App will start the sync process.
