My Qantas Wellbeing App doesn't notify me of friend requests, badges or challenges. How can I fix it?

When initially setting-up the Qantas Wellbeing App, your device asks you whether you would like to receive notifications from the Qantas Wellbeing App. If you have declined, push notifications will not occur, and you will only see in-app notifications when the Qantas Wellbeing App is open.

For iPhones, to change this and receive notifications outside of the Qantas Wellbeing App, open your iPhone "Settings" and scroll down to find the Qantas Wellbeing App icon. Tap on the icon to reveal a panel of settings showing "notifications". In this section you can choose to have the Qantas Wellbeing App messages shown on your screen as a push alert when they are received by selecting "Allow Notifications".

For Android devices, go to the Apps settings and scroll down to find the Qantas Wellbeing App icon. Tap on the icon to reveal a panel of settings showing "notifications". In this section you can choose to receive notifications from the Qantas Wellbeing App.
