How do I make a claim?

We have made it very easy for you to make a claim. You can go to the Member portal. Sign-in using your Qantas Frequent Flyer number, last name and PIN. Or Download the Qantas Wellbeing App, login using your Frequent Flyer number, tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen, select “Policy” and follow the prompts.

If you are not the Primary Policy holder, you must ask them to add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your family account first via the member section of the portal.

If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer already, you can join the program today for free (normally $89.50), here. Once you have this, please ask your Primary Policy holder to add it to your account so you can also access the Member Portal and Qantas Wellbeing App.

You will need to make sure you have nominated a bank account for payments prior to submitting a claim via the member portal or Qantas Wellbeing App. You can do this either via My Policy/Payments section of the Member Portal or call us on 13 49 60 and we can do it for you.
