Can my partner manage my membership too?

The Policyholder is the primary account holder and has full and total authority to make changes to the Policy and make claims enquiries about anyone on the Policy. A partner will only have authority to make changes to the Policy if nominated by the Policyholder (called 'Partner Authority'). Without partner authority, a partner can only make claims for themselves. With Partner Authority they can make claims on behalf of anyone listed on the policy including you and your children. They can also make changes or enquiries about policy details (such as your address or phone number), level of cover, payment methods or adding people to the policy. Partner Authority can be added or removed by the Policyholder at any time.
