I’m a Snap Fitness member - why can’t I access the check-in?

If you are a member of Snap Fitness please make sure your home gym has your correct Qantas Frequent Flyer number.

If Snap has your correct QFF details and you are still experiencing an issue, please contact us. Go to the Settings section in the App and send us a note through the ‘Contact Support’  feature so that we can investigate your issue.
