If you’re having trouble logging in you may need to reset your PIN. You can do this by using the link provided on the login screen.
To request a new PIN, click on the ‘Forgotten Your PIN’ link. You will be sent a temporary PIN to the email address on your Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) account. Then go back to the login screen to use the temporary PIN and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, if you have changed your email address since creating your QFF account, you can answer a series of security questions before choosing a new PIN.
