To track Swimming, you need to have a wearable tracker that supports swimming, such as Fitbit Flex 2, a compatible Garmin device or Apple Watch Series 2, or you can use the Strava app to manually record your swimming workouts.
To determine whether a particular wearable device measures swimming, please check with the device manufacturer.
To get points for swimming in the Qantas Wellbeing App, go into your desired challenge and select ‘Edit’, then ‘Edit Activity’; select ‘Swimming’ here, then ‘Save’. Choose a challenge duration goal that suits, then enjoy your time in the water.
Remember you will need to manually record your workout, if required by an activity tracker like Strava.
