Do I actually need a Tracker?

iOS users

If you are using an iPhone 5, or 5c, you will also need a compatible wearable device such as a Fitbit, to track steps.

To determine whether your wearable tracker syncs with Apple Health, or the Qantas Assure App, please check with the device manufacturer.

For iPhone 5s and above, and iPod Touch 5th gen and above, and the Apple WatchOS 2.1, you can track your steps just by using the Apple device.

You will need to carry your iPhone or iPod or the Apple WatchOS 2.1 to track your steps.

Android users

To determine whether your wearable tracker syncs with Google Fit please check with the device manufacturer.

You can also track your steps just by using your phone by downloading the free Google Fit App. You will need to carry your phone to track your steps.
