I connected Strava to Health and ensured the Qantas Assure App is paired but I got a message in the App saying that cycling data can’t be found. Why is this?

This is just a precautionary measure if we can’t find cycling data, to alert you that there may be an issue.

If your Health App has never received cycling distance data from Strava then don’t worry. Once you have gone for your first ride you won’t see this message again.

If you believe cycling data should have been captured then please check that Strava is paired correctly to Health.
