To request a new PIN, visit Forgotten Your PIN where:
We can send you a temporary PIN if you have a valid e-mail address in your Profile,
If you have changed your e-mail address or you do not have an e-mail address, you can then provide security information and choose a new PIN. If you're unable to use our online Forgotten Your PIN service, you will need to call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31.
Please ensure that you have your membership number available when calling. For your account security, we are unable to change or provide Qantas Frequent Flyer account information via e-mail or writing.
