How do I change or add a new Fitbit or phone?

You will need to open the Qantas Assure App and remove the device that the Qantas Assure App is currently associated with. Once you have removed the device you will need to search for the new device that you wish to connect to.

Check that your Bluetooth is on. Once you have connected the new device it will be visible within the Qantas Assure App.
