How can I ensure Apple’s Health App is connected to the Qantas Assure App?

 

From the Qantas Assure App:

  1. Tap on  ‘Data Sources’ found in the Settings section
  2. Tap on ‘Health’ from the list to view which activities are connected
  3. To add activities, tap on the +’ next to the activities you wish to add.

From the Health App:

  1. Tap on ‘Sources’
  2. Look to see if the Qantas Assure App is listed. The App will only appear if you have previously connected to it within the Qantas Assure App.
  3. If the Qantas Assure App is listed, tap on this item to toggle on and off which activities you wish to have connected to the Qantas Assure App.
  4. If the Qantas Assure App does not appear, go back to the Qantas Assure App, and in the Settings section, select ‘Data Sources’ to set up Health for the first time.
