Why is my cycling not being tracked?

Please check the following;

  1. Your Google Fit app is connected to the Qantas Assure App
  2. Your ‘activity detection’ is switched on in Google Fit. If you choose not to have this switched on you can still choose to record your ride each time you jump on a bike. See the question ‘How do I participate in the cycle challenge?’ for instructions on how to do so.

Please note that if you manually enter your distance into the Google Fit App rather than having the Google Fit App record your ride, this will not be counted in the Qantas Assure App.
